Our client is a leading provider of executive and organizational information services. The client wanted to enable subscribers to access and import business contacts and leads directly into their Salesforce environment without having to manually search, download, and upload data from multiple systems.
The client also needed a scalable solution that could support subscription-based access, manage user entitlements, enforce download limits, and seamlessly synchronize customer information between legacy systems and Salesforce. Their existing process involved significant manual effort, resulting in operational inefficiencies and inconsistent customer data across systems.
We implemented a comprehensive Salesforce-based solution that integrated Progress Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Salesforce using automated data synchronization processes. Customer, lead, contact, and custom object information were synchronized through business rule-driven workflows, ensuring accurate and consistent data across systems.
To further enhance user productivity, we developed a native Salesforce AppExchange application that enabled subscribers to search, retrieve, and import executive and organizational contact information directly within Salesforce. The solution included subscription management, secure authentication, controlled download limits, payment gateway integration, and automated data processing capabilities.
